About your Panera sighting- Back when I was a flight attendant, I once had a middle aged male passenger, sitting in first class, on a European flight, change into onsie pajamas and a sleeping cap!! It made my day!
No shoes, No shirt, No pajamas...
I would've taken his picture without asking. I mean, if I have to see him in public in his PJ's, then he's free game for the digi-cam. ;)
